Hi, I’m Brittany Delle Rose, the founder of Strativo Solutions — and your partner in career storytelling.

With over 8 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, and career consulting, I’ve helped professionals across industries clarify their strengths, boost their confidence, and land the roles they deserve. What started as a passion for helping friends improve their resumes quickly grew into a full-fledged business built on referrals, trust, and results.

Before launching Strativo Solutions, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Marketing Manager, where I developed a keen understanding of how hiring decisions are made — and more importantly, how candidates can position themselves for success. That insider knowledge still drives my work today.

As a resume writer, content creator, and client strategist, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
